I treated myself to a massage today. Oh my goodness, I haven't been this relaxed in a long time. I need to do this more often. Parents, especially mothers, often put their families needs first and don't take time to relax and get pampered once in awhile. I believe its good for the mind and spirit. I know I feel so much better right now!
