Top 5 Things To Do In Jefferson City With Kids This Week

1. The St. Louis Cardinals are coming to town!

The Cardinals Caravan is rolling into town on Friday, January 12th. Visit with the team and get the scoop on what the 2024 season has in store. Kids 15 and under will get autographs. Stadium concessions for purchase, FREE event. 

2. Catch a game at Lincoln University! 

Both Women's and Men's basketball are playing Saturday, $8 admission! Go Blue Tigers!

3. Go on an Owl Prowl!

The Runge Nature Center is hosting an event Friday evening for kids aged 7-12 to learn about owls, including a short hike to find and observe owls at Runge! Registration is required. Can't make it to the Owl Prowl? Runge is open Tuesday-Sunday 8-5, bundle up for a nice walk in nature!

4. Local Artist, Lana Hunt's show at the Osage Branch Library

Lana's collection, titled, Recollection and Anemoia will be on display until February 29th. This Saturday, there will be a reception in her honor from 12pm to 1:30pm.

5. Family STEM Fun! 

Labspace Robotics, along with Parents as Teachers, is hosting a free family event full of STEM activities Monday morning (Registration is required!) If you can't make this one, be sure to check out their calendar for lots of other STEM opportunities!
