We offer a variety of classes, 7 days a week. We firmly believe that yoga is for every body, every age & welcome everyone to our studio with open arms. On a weekly basis you can find classes for the beginner that has never stepped foot in a yoga studio before to upbeat, fast paced classes for the yoga enthusiast. We offer a variety of workshops each month as well - these are specialty sessions that focus on a specific topic - ranging from dealing with grief, partner stretching, to painting using your body! We try to keep it fun and entertaining while also informative & beneficial for the mind & body.
