Description
Jaron (JD) Vail is the current Director of Student Wellness at William Woods University. JD is a certified breathwork and meditation facilitator with over 12 hours of silent meditation retreat hours.
This session will include some light stretching and a guided meditation to help relieve stress and tension in the body. Attendees will also learn various beathing techniques.
**One thing to note, you must be healthy enough to do breathwork and meditation. Please consult with your physician if you have any questions. Also, meditation may bring up some difficult feelings or past trauma. Please contact you physician or mental health counselor should you have questions.
