What to Expect

In this class you’ll experience an hour of music and unstructured dance. The targeted age group is 8 to 18. Parents are welcome to dance along, observe or drop off and walk the nearby trail, shop, etc. We will start with light stretching for flexibility then move into a short group activity and open up the dance floor. The goal of this class is to serve as a healthy outlet and opportunity to move your whole body, however you like.

Late/Cancellation Policy

• Doors open 15 minutes before class start time. Please arrive on time or early.
• Late entry IS NOT PERMITTED
• If you are unable to attend, please cancel 2 hours before class start time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of class pass or payment made.
• No refunds issued for no-shows

Etiquette

• Arrive on time
• Silence & store all electronic devices (if you are on call please advise your instructor)
• For yoga classes - please remove shoes upon entry
• For the safety of students & integrity of our studio, if you arrive under the influence you will be asked to leave without a refund.
