Description

What to Wear

Anything that you feel comfortable in.

What to Bring

• A blanket or mat (I have limited available)
• Water Bottle
• Any comfort items for your child

What to Expect

This 30-minute class is designed for children ages 2-6 and their caregivers. You are more than welcome to bring younger children at no charge. We will shake, wiggle, & move to get the ants out of our pants & then move through a yoga storybook - where we will learn yoga poses & mindfulness so children can learn to manage their emotions & physical health.

*Children may not be dropped off OR left unattended*

**Includes up to 2 children. $3 fee per additional child**

Late/Cancellation Policy

• Doors open 15 minutes before class start time. Please arrive on time or early.
• Late entry IS permitted for the AM Strength classes only.
• If you are unable to attend, please cancel 2 hours before class start time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of class pass or payment made.
• No refunds issued for no-shows

Etiquette

• Arrive on time
• Silence & store all electronic devices (if you are on call please advise your instructor)
• For yoga classes - please remove shoes upon entry
• For the safety of students & integrity of our studio, if you arrive under the influence you will be asked to leave without a refund.
