What to Expect
*Participants should be released by a Dr postpartum before coming to class*
Embrace your recovering body and intensify the bond with your baby during this 60 minute class. This class will not be as structured as a typical yoga class. We will work through different breathing techniques & pelvic floor awareness with each session. Our yoga practice will focus on strengthening & stretching muscles used for rocking, cradling, and maneuvering our babies. This is a great opportunity to meet other parents & move your body!

Late/Cancellation Policy
- Doors open 15 minutes before class start time. Please arrive on time or early.
- Late entry IS permitted
- If you are unable to attend, please cancel 2 hours before class start time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of class pass or payment made.
- No refunds issued for no-shows
Etiquette
- Arrive on time
- Silence & store all electronic devices (if you are on call please advise your instructor)
- For yoga classes - please remove shoes upon entry
- For the safety of students & integrity of our studio, if you arrive under the influence you will be asked to leave without a refund.
